We examine the lesion and take a short history to confirm cryotherapy is suitable. If anything looks unusual, we will recommend you see your GP rather than treat it.

Cryotherapy treatment

We apply a controlled freeze to the lesion. The treatment takes just a few moments — you may feel a brief stinging or cold sensation, which quickly settles.

Aftercare & follow-up

We explain what to expect as the area heals and advise on aftercare. Some lesions need more than one treatment, and we will let you know if a follow-up is recommended.

"Had my ears syringed by Emma she was absolutely lovely and reassured me all the way through the process. The wax was compacted around my ear drum but Emma was determined to sort it for me and she did just that and my blocked ear cleared straight away and it was instant relief.
